Hi, I have been doing it so long nesrly 20 years. Cannt remember how much I lost. Must be in thousdands and thousands if not millions. Now I am in deep debt upto neck with Wife and young children. Wife cannt trust me any more as I dnt blame her. Next thing I am going to loose home and children. No way I can love like this. No light at end of tunnel. I am sure there are many more in same boat.
Yes. Plenty of people in the same boat. Question is what do you do now? This is when you question your label. I am a gambler and I will always be a gambler or I hate this garbage and intend to turn my life around because I am worth that change. Change comes from doing. Changing routines. Understanding yourself. Being mindful etc. Sinking into the same bubble is easy but that is not why you are here. You are here because you are looking for that change. Talk to the counsellors here.
