I never thought I’d get though a couple of days so two weeks for me is such an achievement that I feel quiet proud of! This week has been a-bit harder with the urges I’m trying to keep as busy as possible but I can’t do that 24/7 so when I sit down and chill out I have those urges but I have found playing games on my phone watching videos etc has really helped but most of all I jump on to here and read all your inspirational story’s and think to myself I really hope one day that will be where I am in my journey I’m taking each day as it comes but I’m still feeling very positive I’m determined not to give into these urges even if at times they can be overbearing!
I hope everyone is also doing well 🙂 One step at time ( feels like baby steps at times)

Hi, you rightly should feel proud with your progress. No matter how successful someone elses story may be, remember we all started at day 1 so every day is progress in the right direction. Just make sure you have the blockers in place for when those urges come up.
