Couldn't agree more. I could never come clean & worse than that i would drip feed her the truth ( not for her benefit but to ease my conscience). In hindsight it was so cowardly & just prolonged the agony.
Can't change the past but at least now i can listen to and accept words of wisdom. I hope you both find peace & happiness on your journey.

I had a little bit of a blip today. Having done 16 days gamble free, i was sent a £X free bet bonus. Stupidly I thought there would be no harm in using it, so I logged in immediately and lost the whole lot.
Potentially a blessing that it was gone so quickly, a very good reminder as to why I quit. At no stage was i tempted to deposit more funds. I'm unable to self-exlcude from this partcular site but I have asked that i don't receive any further marketing/bonuses
