To answer your question I’m not gamble free. I know it’s ridiculous but if there is a chance I don’t have to break my wife’s heart I’ll take it.
It’s actually speeding up the process to come clean though so it’s only a matter of days.
I wish you the very best with your dilemma but Andy Williams is correct in that the sooner the better.

I'm happy to hear you're thinking of coming clean to your partner next week! It was the hardest part of my personal journey so far but also the most rewarding.
I think for you to truly be able to move forward, you need to get it off your conscience. Explain and be honest with your partner and let him know you're working through it on here and mention about your 1 to 1 session you had.
I found that talking about GamCare showed I was serious about beating the addiction.

Thanks Matt and I know your right. I have to do it soon as I feel like crumbling with stress and pressure. Would you far easier to run away and hide if that makes sense.
