Day 1045 it does get easier just have to remember all the pain of losing and the pleasure of spending money on nice things and not chasing losses
Got to day 1423 had a bit of a lapse last few weeks time to start again

It is healthy to live for today and plan for our tomorrow's but to learn from our past unhealthy experiences.
The very simple fact clean days can not be lost.

I know if I gamble today I am causing myself and others more pains.
By going back again I start to understand and learn more about my emotional triggers.
For me to understand my emotional triggers was it my my pains my fears my frustrations, loneliness and boredom.
When I use to go back to Gambling I ALWAYS made thing much worse.
For me today Gambling is unhealthy.
I can do any thing I like today providing I do not gamble.
