Tomorrow is "Move Day."

My head is spinning but nearly  finished packing. The removal van is coming in the morning.

Been here 26 years so it all seems a bit strange.

Im proud of you. I made it 312 day and relapsed. I'll get there. Every day is my day one, day one-try to be happy today. Thats my goal, and ill get my year some day I know it

That must have been very upsetting Don to relapse after 312 days. My heart really goes out to you because I know how awful it feels and how easily it can happen.

Please keep trying.

Thank you Scotty. I have moved a mile away to a pleasant little retirement flat by the river.

None of this would have been possible had I not stopped gambling a year ago.

Being gamble-free means I can enjoy my retirement. Life will have more meaning.

Hi Stephen yeah stopping gambling has given me more money and we can buy a nice meal out and not worry my wife might check bank it gives me hope it’s not easy nowadays with all the sites and ads but not going to give in have good Tuesday scotty??

The first week in my new home has been good. Needs a splash of paint so thinking about colours. Might just do the whole flat in magnolia with white skirting boards. Walls are sound and will be easy to paint & the internal doors are wood effect and look good so will keep them as they are. 

No desire to gamble which is a great relief.
