The hugs you sent were received with gratitude and by using some magical thread I have transformed them into a cloak which is now resting on my shoulders.
Went shopping earlier and got a few bits and bobs and am now settled in for an evening of mild amusement with some radio, reading and reflection.
It may surprise you but I actually live on a big rock which is spinning round and round and hurtling through space.
I appreciate this may seem a bit far fetched but please believe me for it is true.
And I call this big rock my home and share it with billions of other beings just like me and we all get on really well and take good care of our big rock!

Starting a diet tomorrow
Weight now - 13st 12lbs
Target weight - 12st 07lbs
Weight loss required - 19lbs
Aim is to lose 4lb the first week and than 3lb a week for the following 5 weeks
Already enjoy a healthy vegetarian diet but will have to eat less or cut bread out.
I go dancing 3 evenings a week and do walk a bit but could certainly do to be more active during the day.
I will be looking cool in my Speedos by summertime.

But gamble free I am so does it really matter
Writing on my diary or joining chat for a natter

Wednesday: Dance at club for people who are divorced or widowed.
Thursday night: Ten pin bowling with friends from above Club.
So keeping busy which is good plus I enjoy myself.
It beggars belief how I used to squander money gambling because it always ended up with me feeling sad and left with nothing to spend on having fun.

Well that is not the case with me
For I am 24 days gamble free today and know perfectly well what I am looking for

Washing dried, hung up shirts and folded things real neat
Two odd socks are smiling and look like they're pleased to meet
I'm sure they will be happy and have a fun filled day
For though they seem a little odd
They're identical in every way.
They said to me "Dear Stephen, we are proud your gamble free.
One day at a time, we'll take your feet to places they should be."

Target 12st 07lb
Salsa tonight which should burn off a few calories.

Lazing around before my evening meal.
Joining friends tonight at a social event for those of us who are divorced or widowed. There is a good singer on and people always get up dancing, so it will be good fun.
