DAY 0

I cannot call today my day 1 as I spent xx on slots this morning, but I'm not worried about spending more as I have no money left today.

Tomorrow I hope for a brighter day, a day which I will call Day 1 Gambling Free.

The steps I've taken today to be gambling free are:

- Contacted GamStop to extend my self-exclusion to the maximum years as my self-exclusion is due to finish in November.

- Permanently self-excluded myself from the casinos that are not part of GamStop which I have been playing on.

Need to pull myself together & get my life back on track!
