I was 70 days GF, there was a glitch with Gamban which I've reported, but took advantage to have a "quick" spin
You know the rest it's never a quick spin when you're a CG
I feel so stupid and angry with myself
I just got complacent, my number one rule never get complacent and I broke the rule

I suggest signing up to Gamstop and then you won't have to worry about gamban not working.
Dust yourself down and carry on.

Sorry to hear about the slip - complacency is my biggest problem, once I get far enough away from the initial pain/despair of realising what I have done, it is too easy to think it will be different next time.
Another vote for Gamstop though, it is not 100% foolproof (nothing is for a determined CG) but is it a strong delaying block. Can't really see why anyone who is serious about stopping would not sign up, it is very easy and does not appear to have downsides.

I had Gamban, but found it was too easy to move from my device. Glad I’ve got registered for Gamstop! So far so good. Good luck Tracey! You can do it?
