Today I looked at trading prices and had daydreams about great trades and making money. Didn't do anything of course.

as with all gambling, it's advisable to not look at what you would have bet on, including trades. What happens when the trades you would have made keep going your way? You'll kid yourself that you can do it this time and control it.
I'm not going to tell you what to do but just ask you that you think about what advice you would give to another person in the same situation.

Yes, it was a lapse as I had resisted looking at all up till now. Just sharing what was going through my mind today. I definitely don't think that looking at prices and imagining how my bets would be doing is a good thing.
