Good afternoon.

I can speak now and let you know that my mum of 89 years passed away two weeks ago. Not covid related. I don't know how I feel or how I should feel. I feel I have been grieving for mum last few years since her fall and decline. But I have a favourite saying which is thst life has a way of sorting itself out and it will.

The next part too is sad. Our beautiful scottie passed away yesterday.

I'm OK. Reflective. And sad but accepting also.

Do take care all.

Boo ??❤️

Dear @boo-radley,

Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of your mother. I appreciate this will leave you with a lot to think about and sort out in this difficult time.

Please also accept our sincere condolences over the passing of your beloved scotty dog. I appreciate a dog is never just a pet, they are a source of comfort and solace in difficult times and this will just make your situation all the more challenging.

Please make sure you look after yourself, you take your time and give yourself space to heal from these losses.

You might want to think about contacting Cruse https://www.cruse.org.uk/get-help for some support and you can contact Blue Cross for support with the loss of your dog: https://www.bluecross.org.uk/pet-bereavement-and-pet-loss

And of course we are here to support you as well, 24/7.

Be kind to yourself, tread gently and allow yourself space.

Wishing you all the very best,

Eva

Thinking of you dear friend.

When losing loved ones their presence can often be felt for some time afterwards and I think that is very nice.

Grieving is personal to everyone but happy memories can help ease the pain and I have enjoyed many conversations, tears and laughter with my nearest and dearest who have moved on.

Bless you Boo.

Love and best wishes

Goodmorning.

Feelings are OK at mo. Obviously until mum's funeral I can't feel I can step too far forward. Everything seems sorted it's just waiting for service to take place. We have a date and covid restrictions adhered to the accepted level of attendees will be present.

Other matters such as Scotty boo. We'll it's their everyday habits and rituals we miss..

Looking out the back window seeing her on the lawn scuffing. Walking past her water bowl and forever knocking it. Anyway routine will fall into place again but just take on a different pattern.

Watching some old TV shows Wycliffe in particular weeknights and thinking seeing life back then in the pubs and restaurants etc. If we had talked of covid we would have thought it was a Sci _fi book or movie.

Keeping in touch with latest news and stories and dramas which seem all about murder or gender stories sort of don't always give full viewing satisfaction but then the old stuff makes you yearn and ponder too.. Feel in nowhere land some days with it all.

I hope everyone us finding easy days with no gambling. Obviously thst will always be an aggravation. That industry never steps back to give people respite. Late evening TV. Has made me realise the amount of ads and money the companies throw at that.

That's my daily moan....

You all stay safe and take care and thsnk you for your kindness

Boo ???
