March 3rd.. Hello. Today I will not gamble.. Always a good start.. 

Had a broken sleep. Nowt new always a couple of those nights for me.. No great issues of concern 

Today after I've dragged myself from my lovely bed here. Catch up on news.. Meet friends. Best out of house let decorator fi nish stuff.

Circuit later..

Looks OK out.. Trees are still so can't be windy.. 

Mr b r just gone out to work so very quiet house. He likes to have TV. News on in the morning. 

Read some diaries.. And hope to chat later. I find it benefits me.. I hope those who have connected outside gamcare are helping each other and staying strong.. 

About it.. So everyone take it easy. Let us stay strong together today and not gamble..

Well have raised russ profile now to chat show host.. With a friend like me you will all go far.. ?

Not a bad day.. Couple of unsettled moments.. Think midweek slumps somehow then picks up tomorrow and Friday.

No thoughts on gambling today. Money spent anyway on better things at the mo.

Chat was calm in numbers tonight..

Morning. 

Slept but through a vivid dream of being at the casino.. Pushing money in and even one of the managers saying 'hello haven't seen you for a while', then the better me realising where I was and what I was doing and the dream stopped. Even remember the dream being in colour.... Tormenting me 

This is going to aggravate me now all day as it feels real and its as if that's what I want to be doing.. Got indigestion just popped an orange flavour rennie..

Still in the grand scheme worst things going on for folk.. Feel. Like I have tumbled back.. 

Anyway feel like I am grumbling now and I want to balance my ying and yang again.. So its brew time.. 

Yesterday was a funny day.. My two running buddies are a bit at outs with each other so there's an uncomfortable feeling with them both and am sure this is niggling me... Silly really I know 

So today hope my decorator is fi ishing because I am fed up Of living like miss Haversham.... I'm proper grumpelstinkin now.. Really annoyed that entered into my recovery. It had no right... 

Anyway.. On with the show.. All have an easy day..

Nipped into sainsburys earlier. There shelves are empty for hand sanitizer.
