Night time.

Well a decent day.. Tired, just watching am old hammer house film.. Corny now. Years ago had me on the edge of my seat.

Had one few seconds urge following a summat and nowt do at work.. It was all ok. All been resolved. Urge lasted as long as a heartbeat.

That's all really for today.

Sis and bro in law been.. Some recovery still but time and patience. He's still strong minded  at the minute..

Night and bless all

Boo ???

Saturday drizzly rain morning.

Feeling OK. Still a bit tired so run tomorrow..

Will shop and petrol for the car then hopeful for cinema later.. See dolittle.. Waiting on friend to text.

Apart from that it will be the usual. Clean and washing day.. Won't be gambling as my friend always says when she's being cautious 'take an arcades length on that one'

Anyway best get some food....

Boo ???

Good Morning Boo,

Thanks for the advice on the running injury. I had no idea about intercostal muscles and there function. I’ve never had this type of injury and I hope it clears up in a few days.

Take care and have a lovely day.

Well I am no doctor.. But it made a good starting point for me when I had those niggles..

But do keep an awareness of it and I know you are wise enough to get it checked if needed.

Take care

Sunday morning..

Blowy our there but am going out for a walk or run depending on wind force...

Carvery later then a lazy evening in with pj. S on.. Still haven't started jigsaw yet.. Reason  being bro. In. Law in hospital occupied thoughts and have 3 pieces of reval to write so if I get absorbed in jig that will suffer ??

Thoughts are with those whose homes at risk with weather at minute..

Fleeting edgy feeling as sometimes I get in the morning.. I wonder if I've convinced myself it's the normal now. So going to have to train my thoughts at bedtime to wake up without that.. Homework for today maybe.. I won't gamble today..

So best get a wiggle on

Bye for now.. Can't promise a 1pm chat but will try 8pm..

So our for a run with the girls.. Wet n windy. Lots of puddles ???? asked a bloke politely, ' can I come past you love'. He was standing  making muttering noises, he turned with a glare in his face and pushed me by both shoulders with a fair force....

I just said OK. Act of appeasement and off he swiftly went. My friend wanted to charge after him so had to calm her down.

I reserve judgement. Don't know his past or present.. Just so random and surprised..

Suppose mo has dealt with worse.

I'm a lover not a fighter.

Thanks for reading and caring all

Boo ?????

Boo you handled the unfortunate incident very well and I am proud of you.

Now comes the hardest part which is putting it to the back of your mind or it will keep annoying you over the coming days.

And if you do come the guy again, just keep out of his way and remember these lines from a famous poem:

"Avoid loud and aggressive person for they are vexations to the spirit."

Wishing you happy days as you continue on your wonderful adventure
