I am sick of gambling I have slowly been sliding into this for the last year. Gambling is my poison I just keep getting myself into more and more trouble. Enough is enough I start the rebuilding process from here. It's a long way back in the current environment. I have had enough all I can think about is gambling at the moment and each time I say not this time I get in worse so now I am calling a halt to it all. I have started a new business this pandemic has not helped and I'm currently on benfits. My business is in Limbo and I suppose I am gambling under pressure which is never a good way to be. So let today be day 1 I will check into tomorrow. I have been here before and had a successful recovery it's going to take awhile but so be it.

Well Day 3 Now I suppose anyway I am feeling a bit better, were in lockdown now and it's very boring. My business is in Hospitality so Lockdown is not ideal hopefully I have something left when this is over but my god what a disaster but anyway we will survive.
