Haven’t been on here for a few weeks, it’s gone so fast. I’m now getting through most my days with out even thinking about gambling.
I only ever get the urge when I’m having a rubbish day. Luckily they don’t come round to often. When ever I think I wish I can gamble I’m always so glad I have blocks put in place. This mentally stops me before o even bother attempted on my phone ?.
This site has helped change my life, if I didn’t find it and find the strength to quit god knows where’s I’d be now.
Keep going every one. You’ll have bad days and good but eventually those good will out weigh the bad :).
