Hi its my 4th week stopped , I was astounded when I phoned up gamcare how much help was avaliable and I have a weekly call from my councillor called julie who is absolutely fantastic and knowing ive got that call to come often helps . Before I stop I must have gambled £3000 in a month on the financial markets also internet casinos and poker , Ive been gambling since I was 16 and am now 62 , its ruined so much of my life , destroyed relationships , I know rebuilding will be slow but at least now ive started.
