Been thinking about words that could help overcome urges and triggers.

1. Don't play because it will never go your way regardless of the day you are having.

2. Walking around in your own Enya movie is fine as long as you do not think you will make millions on gambling doing so.

3. What is mindfulness or being aware of the present? Take three to four deep breaths and find out.

4. Even if you get into your impulse disorder when your in that Enya movie you need to understand that the show ends in 3-36 hours. What will you do once it is finished?

5. Panic and angst are two ancient and horrible things and they kick in when your chemicals start to rebalance on the way down from a high. If you remember what you were doing just to get to this point you may get some comfort in knowing that you created this so you can uncreate it as well.

6. Is there really a reason to stay in your Enya movie? I mean the real world is on the outside. Why not live in it?

7. Depression. A state that needs to be addressed and sorted. Get talking to someone

8. Have a positive mental attitude. If you have come this far without chucking the message in the bin you do have the ability to stay happy and you should see yourself as a positive person. Remember. You have come so far down the road by now that you should know that there is a continuum to all journeys even to your own. Have faith!

9. The Nile is a river and it can also be your denial of what is happening around you.

10. Never ever give up. Never ever surrender. Just change your state of mind. You can be whoever you want to be as long as you make the decision to change into that person.
