Everyday I am gambling between 50 to 100 pound I just dont know how to stop I have lost everything i am in 100k debt I lost my partner my child my friends I have lost everything I feel suicidal this new 2 pound system that came into affect, I really thought it would made me stop it just made it worse for me because you do a 100 pound bet sometimes you dont even get a spin when the arrow lands on red most of the time I'm sick and tired of gambling

It would also be a good idea to talk to your GP about how you’ve been feeling and if you feel like you are about to harm yourself please do call 999 or go to A&E.
