Just received an email from Barclaycard regarding changes in terms & conditions. Then goes on to say the 3 key changes are as follows.
1 WE ARE CHANGING THE WAY WE CALCULATE YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT
2 WE ARE CHANGING THE WAY WE CALCULATE INTEREST ON CASH TRANSACTIONS
3 YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO USE YOUR CARD AT GAMBLING ESTABLISHMENTS OR WEBSITES
What a breath of fresh air & my respect for all those who have fought & campaigned tirelessly to bring about the new rules. I believe this is the best thing that could happen in reducing the damage compulsive gambling causes. A major step forward.
