Just after some advice does anyone think that they take a long time to update information and also don't update information when they say they will ?
Also My son had gamstop in place but managed to gamble because he had his name down as Sam on gamstop but used Samuel instead and gambled even though his bank is details are Samuel and that's all linked to his address he tried to get money back but they said no.What I am trying to say is the bank account he was using said Samuel but his gamstop says Sam ..just seems very harsh for someone trying to stop and protect himself.
They provide a great service but it’s not flawless. However, I’d be pushed to put any blame on a company offering support to those wishing to give up gambling.
Is it really your son? The way I read this and the attempt to place blame elsewhere sounds somewhat like the sort of thing that I (a gambler) used to do.
