Hi there everyone I am a compulsive gambler.
I have not gambled for 18 days.
I've been reading other people's experiences with this addiction and it has really helped me .
This is the longest time I have not gambled in 5 years I am for the first time feeling like I am on a road to where I want to be, it has not been plain sailing and I have a long way to go but I'm now heading in a positive direction taking it a day at a time "hour by hour" "minute by minute" "second by second". .also keeping safe by not getting myself into vulnerable situations.
