Well here I am going into night 6 of gf. Feeling sick and leaky eyed today so disgusted with myself the reality of my gambling is very real and I am scared by my mistakes can't believe what a pickle I am in financially..... Pffft x

You can pick yourself up with positive thoughts and actions. It's certainly not all doom and gloom! Especially when you realise the dangers and the need for change. One day at a time things will improve, providing you refrain from gambling!
