I’m not technically a newbie as I registered back in 2015 but I’ve recently relapsed and have again sought support through GamCare.
My names Paul. When I first owned up to my gambling addiction about 3 years ago I sought help through GA which I found great.
I’ve struggled through lockdown with my mental health and my problem gambling has returned.I’ve been in touch with GamCare today and hopefully this will be the start of my recovery.

Thanks Holly.Really appreciate it.From experience I know the first step is often the hardest and feel much better already but not going to pretend it will be easy and will try abs guard against complacency.
