Hi i started buying scratchcards in lockdown n recently found that im chasing my losses when i lose. The £5 cards five me a buzz if i win but ive spent way too much lately. Ill scratch in tbe shop n then eventually lose too much n feel miserable as i I didn't win. This is day 1 no scratchcards. Tough day but im getting on with it i hate what ive thrown away.??
You definetly know it does you know good so good reason to stop. Do you think you can stop for good? Mad to think I never bought scratch cards apart from online ones
