Hi this is my day 1. Been gambling as far back as I can remember (46 now). Been in and out of debt so many times over the years all caused by excessive gambling. Thought I could be a casual gambler but realise I simply can’t be. Tired of gambling and it’s financial consequences consuming my thoughts and keeping me awake at night. Decided last night that it’s time to waken up and start afresh snd today is my ground zero. Have self excluded from the only betting account I could access and all the local bookmakers in my area. Determined to abstain from this poison in my system. Hoping that by reconnecting on here that not only will I get inspiration but harsh words and guidance when required on the road ahead. May the force be with me. X
