I have been accepted for a 3.5 month rehab programme at Gordon Moody and start in 2 weeks.

Been a compulsive gambler for many many years now and it's completely destroyed all aspects of my life.

Has anyone got any experience with live in rehab? I have no idea what to expect, but the people I have spoken to that have been say it's amazing and life changing.

Hope they are right

@peter86 good to hear that it's finally here for you.

Like you have heard from others you've spoken to, lots of working on yourself with others who get it, had it, and let it go.

Plenty of time for reflection and change and if you work your program properly, a chance of a new life.

All the best to you.

Chris.

I completed the program 2 years ago Peter and yes it is life changing! My advice to you is to give it your best and commit fully to the program and if you truly want to stop gambling you will feel and see the benefits. I wish you all the best.
