okay so I’m new here
my family are telling me I’ve got an addiction to gambling but I don’t see it I don’t gamble to win anymore I don’t gamble for fun I just gamble because it’s there I get bored I’ve spent nearly £** since April this year nearly £**k of that just this month I don’t know what to do I don’t want to go to groups or anything 🙁

Get blocks in place that stop you from gambling.
Can't gamble = can't lose = can't be upset
Can't gamble = can't win = can't take those winnings and gamble again.........see above
It is the only thing that has worked for me. It's not as simple as it sounds, but committing to do it is step 1 to a happier and healthier life 🙂
I’ve tried the blocks and I just take them off I’ve self excluded from every site and then I use a different name it’s a lot easier said than done especially when you feel like you HAVE to do it and then when you’ve done it you feel really bad I can’t explain what I feel I just wish I could STOP ? just like people say
