It is 4.09am and I cant stop the thoughts from all the frivolous actions over the past few weeks that has led me back to the sanctuary of this site after a 3 year hiatus.
So I have reopened my profile, created a fresh name and am putting this little hi post here for now and I will try and get a bit more sleep and start a new recovery diary in the morning.

slots and fobt my weakness to, best of luck and well done on 3 years. Im on day 10 GF atm. Any tips or tricks for staying off and avoiding the slots? what do you do to give you the buzz to replace them?.
