Hi Raych, well done! It's good your on here and also it's great your best friend knows. It really helps admitting to someone you have a problem as it did me. I can tell you it will get easier as the days go by and you will eventually stop all together. It took me about 3 weeks and i no longer feel like gambling. It'a a big relief i can tell you.
