We want to hear from you. GamCare and Nationwide are working together to improve the quality of gambling-related customer interactions within the financial sector.
Nationwide have created a short questionnaire to help them understand this issue, from those who have been directly impacted by gambling. This is a real opportunity to bring lived experience into the formulation of the approaches to supporting vulnerable or at-risk customers.
If you choose to take the survey, you will be asked a series of questions about yourself and your gambling, or how you’ve been affected by someone else’s gambling, and the role your financial service provider took or could have taken. The survey should take around 12 minutes to complete.
