Next steps for National Online Self-Exclusion Scheme: GAMSTOP

The national self-exclusion scheme for online gambling sites is in development. Input from people considering self-exclusion or those who have recently excluded online is needed now.

A national self-exclusion scheme is being introduced for all British-licensed gambling websites and apps, alongside the option to self-exclude with a single operator. This will be will mean that anyone in Great Britain and Northern Ireland who wishes to exclude from all online gambling accounts will only need to complete the self-exclusion process once, as operators will be centrally linked to the scheme.

The service will be accessed via The website is currently being developed and the team working on it is looking for people to test the website designs and provide feedback.
