New translation service introduced on National Gambling HelpLine

The National Gambling HelpLine, operated by GamCare, now offers live interpretation through Language Line.

We have introduced a new interpretation service to the National Gambling HelpLine to make it easier for callers with limited spoken English to access our service. 

This service is provided by Language Line, who provide live, three-way telephone interpretation in any of 200 languages. This means GamCare will be able to support even more callers year on year.
