Giving Service Users A Voice

21st April 2017

Catherine thinks about why it’s so important for the people who benefit from our support to be involved in shaping GamCare services.

The people who use our services are at the heart of our services. They help us ask the right questions so that we can continually improve the way in which we deliver help and support to people affected by problem gambling all over Great Britain.

Our organisation thrives on honest feedback from the people who call us, use our Forum and Chatrooms or receive our counselling services. That means we want to hear when things are brilliant, and when there is room for improvement.

We believe in empowering our service users to let us know what makes the biggest difference to them, and telling us where they believe our services can make the most positive impact.

GamCare are currently recruiting new members for our Service User Panel, giving feedback on our services and ensuring they stay relevant going forward.

If you are over 18, live in England, Scotland or Wales and have benefitted from GamCare services within the last two years, this is your chance to have your say on how GamCare services develop in the future. Click here for more information and to apply.
