I'm in the second most successful recovery (228 days) from problem gambling. The last recovery was 2.5 years gambling free. I was gambling every day between recoveries.
I found listening to a hypnosis app about gambling really helped me. Not sure if I'm allowed to share it with fellow problem gamblers on here (free of charge). I don't think it's available in the app store anymore.

That's fair enough. If I get time I'll set up a youtube account and upload it to there. Quite surprised it's not available on the google play store anymore. It helped me for sure.
