Well I just wanted to say it can be done. I feel free again, the hunger pangs to gamble have gone. I will always know that they can come back, after all I gambled for 20 years, destroyed my marriage and finances. But the freedom of not thinking every evening I must gamble is amazing. i really thought I never could do it, but yes it is possible. If I can you can!
