Thank you in time we learn to be nurtruing towards our self instead of beating our self up.

When things went wrong in my life I use to lose it.

In the recovery program when things go wrong life I now I say I am being tested.

182 days or 6 months gamble free - last bet 20/1/22 - life’s good ?

Well done on the 6 months, we stopped very near to each other, my 6 months was a couple of weeks ago, i didnt make a big thing of it but inwardly i was so proud of myself so understand how you were feeling ? !! Great to see you in chat tonight trying to pass on wise advice. We`ve got this.

200 days - so proud of one’s self ?

On Day 8 here, well Day 8 of the umpteenth time of trying to quit, though have done things a lot different this time around, 

I have admitted my issues to people, I have signed up to Gamstop and blocked card etc from gambling. 

Have cancelled all other cards, Just a few of the steps I am taking. 

Spending time reading these forums and the group chat when I can.

212 days ?

Day 220 going down ?

Day 231 - 33 weeks - how time flies when not preoccupied with gambling that only creates misery. ?
