Hi guys,

my two weeks since i last gambled has just past and i feel accomplished, happy but also rough its been very good and ive been watching my accounts get much better but i’ve had so many urges to gamble and its just been overwhelming i came close the other day and just switched my phone off and went for a walk its been definitely hard but its also been remarkably accomplishing i’ve been watching the football and focusing on the  game and not the bet which feels amazing i was so happy once I realised it was getting better. Overall its been hard but amazing at the same time. This journey will not be easy but will be very worth it thanks for taking the time to read this,

Luke

Hi Luke, well done on being 2 weeks gamble free.

Have you put blocks in place to stop temptation like registering with Gamstop and putting a blocker on your phone., these can be activated for 5 years.

Just take it one day at a time and those days will soon turn into weeks and feel proud every morning you wake up knowing you have added another day to your total.

I wake up every morning now thinking of the positives of getting through another day without this in my life and am now 52 days gamble free after 5 years losing a lot of money.

Stay strong
