Hey guys, so today is 14 days since I last gambled, apart from the money side I can already see other benefits such as not spending time every day in the bookies or I can play with my kids without constant checking results and horse races in my phone. Although this is great I wont lie the urge to gamble is as strong as ever, I know it's not a quick fix I just hoped I'd be a bit less desperate by now for a bet. Bit like I said 2 weeks gamble free, I'll make it 15 days and so on just taking a day at a time.
