There will be plenty of hurles along the way but you are winning because you have made that important step to stop. Everyday you do not gamble is a day richer. Day 77 GF

Felt a bit up and down today, had a few urges but gained perspective pretty quick so all good. Its annoying as I've been feeling quite upbeat recently, just goes to show the monster can rear it's a head with no warning!

Tomorrow is a new day, my husband is off so got a pretty busy day planned which is good as it doesn't give my brain too much time to dwell.

My eldest did some baking and completely trashed my nice clean kitchen, gave me something to do I suppose because you know us full time mums don't have anything better to do haha
