So I'm having issues installing gamstop but anyway I was checking my emails and I have been blocking and deleting and unsubsribing from emails as they come through.
So today I clicked unsubscribe and it took me to the website... My favourite website and asked mebto log in I quickly self excluded but its sent me into a panic as the temptation was there. I know all websites are not included in gamban but I was teaching myself that they were

Keep it up don't be tempted by those emails they're there to lure you in. It's hard to resist but well done!
You'll feel so much better knowing there was a chance and you turned your back on it. That's always a good sign that you're willing and wanting to be free of this awful disease!

Recovery is about the focus to realise this is far more than just the willpower of thinking I will stop. Its a nasty insidious addiction looking for any opportunity for temptation especially in the early stages.
Im just giving you food for thought as I dont soft soap the issue. You state you are having problems installing gamstop so that avenue is left wide open. You brought gambling into your home and you have gadgets. That is something that needs extra monitoring.
The wet Tuesday afternoon comes around and you may have bad news or be stressed. Unexpected bills to pay...... bit cheesed off .....dull day...Do you see how it can arise again without the strongest of blocks?
Yes obviously Im glad you have made a start buts its got to be from square one with solid foundations. If it was just a case of deleting and blacklisting a few emails there would be no need for this forum.
