New Years Eve 2018, I thought now is the time to start a new diary. My old one from 2014 was full of false hope and failed attempts. Don't normally make New Years resolutions but seems as good a time as any. Too much time and money has been wasted on FOBTs, so will now take the step to self exclude. April can't come soon enough for the new regulations to kick in and protect others from them.
Good luck to all in your recoveries, be it day 1 or year 10. One step at a time.

Hi Mrt I have wasted money on fobts so know your pain I have got my mind to think I can’t win so it’s killing me and Is not a comfort or stress release! But the cause! Stick at it one day at a time and hopefully all good by April!
