First time checking in for a while, hope everyone is doing well, 457 days now for me without a bet, and i can honestly say my life has never been better, from being at absolute rock bottom beginning of june 2018 to where i am now, my life is so much better, ive got my old self back now and i couldnt be happier, reaching out to those who are just starting this journey its really hard at first, but with determination you can get to where i am now, believe me it does get easier x
Hi I’ve been gambling for nearly 15 years and now at the age of 32 I see I need to stop I have also had the thoughts of ending it all but I have 2 kids and I love them to pieces they keep me going I have realised I need to take it day by day and try keep busy with meeting friends or getting some hobbies and talk to people about it helps. Stay strong you can do it if you really want to
First time posting for a while now, i do check the forum fairly regulary, just want to say its now 679 days since i last had a bet, something which at one point in my life i thought would never be possible.My life is so good now, just want to say to any of you starting out at the beginning, just stick with it, i know its hard at first, but the days and weeks start to mount up, things get so much easier and you appreciate everything in life, and going to bed every night without the worry and stress gambling causes, is amazing.All the best to everyone, keep strong, keep fighting and in 12 months or so, this could be you writing this post x simon.
First time logging in here, in nearly 4 years, and can happily say I still haven't had a bet, my life is completely different to 2017/18, to all those at the start of your journey, keep at it, and don't give up, it can be a hard slog at times but it is 1000 per cent worth it, and you will get there 🙂👍
