So after many years, gambling has dealt me many bad hands in life, you’ve taking everything from me and left me with debts and nothing but miserable lows that the highs could never compare.
today is day one of getting GF forever.
Today I went to football had fun and opened to a few about my addiction. I’ve downloaded GamBan and will do everything in my power to ensure I’ll get rid of this addiction. Not one urge to gamble today and long may it continue.
After my partner has found out about everything I no longer have to do this alone and this feels really different this time compared to many failed attempts trying to do it on my own.
I WILL beat this.
I WILL be happy.
I WILL not let this ruin my life and my families.

4 Days In and I’m a bit worried on how easy this has been so far, urges can easily be put to bed and not trying to figure away round the million blocks I now have in place in which In previously I would have.
I feel the difference is this time is ME. I want this for real this time. With the support I have and also fear of letting my family down again is also massive.
Cant wait to have the first week done soon ? just one day at a time.
