Back to work ,the only place now this thing can get me is during work so I will stay strong today.
Day 44 begins.
Reading stories on here keeps me strong, the lives that have been wrecked reminds me of the utter chaos this causes.

Congratulations on your 44 days of winning for real , I remember the early months quite well and how tough they can sometimes be , I also remember that feeling of reaching the century club which your almost half way towards and look forward to welcoming you soon .
It's all about one day at a time but as you know those day's really add up :))

Thanks John, I’m finding it tough going but I’m 100% focused on getting through this, the total understanding that it’s for life has sunk in and I feel better for it.Im living to a budget, a budget I know will get better but only, only if I don’t gamble.

Been ok, my OH has left on a trip and I had nothing planned but tbh it was easy to cope with, I hate gambling that much I just don’t have the urge.

day 48.no problems thankfully, I was a bit wary of being alone but I've been fine.Must admit because I planned nothing my mind was wandering but no urges to bet.
Nice day today so a walk is planned with the dog and pick my OH up later. My pay is sitting there and all bills will be paid by Wednesday, it's going ok.Today I will not gamble.zip.nothing
