Hey up guys! Hope your all well
It’s been a while since I’ve logged on and posted but can happily say I’m still gamble free 71 days! As I’ve said over and over I generally didn’t even think I’d make a week gamble free let alone this far I don’t think I’d have made it this far with out my small bubble of support! Not many people know about my gambling addiction as I’ve always kept myself to myself but my family have been a big help in keeping me busy and getting me through this so I do owe them a big THANKYOU! I did have a pretty bad urge last night when I saw money in my bank account which I haven’t had any mega bad urges for a few weeks but I got through it and still here today gamble free. I still take each day as it comes but I do have my last counselling session in a couple of weeks which I’m sure will be a test for me after then but I’m still determined to carry on beating this! It’s not on my mind as much now I know I’m always going to be an addict but hopefully il also always be an ex addict from now on!
