737 days and no gambling - dont think about it anymore and have my life back. If you are at the start of your journey keep going - its worth it

Hey that's wonderful, very pleased for you. I'm on day 591 and know exactly what you mean, feeling of getting not only your life back but also the massive improvement in mental health...well words can't explain really. Question for you...like yourself I no longer really think about it anymore...does it worry you that this might be complacency?? Not that I want to be constantly thinking about what I did,but obviously I don't want to think I'm invincible either. I know one thing my blocks make me feel protected
