Good evening Scotty.

Just popped by to wish you a most enjoyable weekend.

Hope everything is good in Wales and you are keeping in top of things.

You are a man of wisdom, strength and understanding and those three qualities I very much admire.

Hi Scotty

Thank you for stopping by my diary and for your post. I hope you are well and you have managed to get your internet sorted, if not for your sake but your girls.

How are you feeling? I hope the new meds are helping and you’re seeing an improvement. Had a nice chat with our dear friend Stephen this evening but your presence has been missed from the chat room so I hope you pop by soon. I’ll be on most lunch and evening chats for the next week with exception to tomorrow as I am going out to visit family.

Another week has passed since your 100 days so we’ll done on 107 days. You’re doing amazing.

Take care and speak soon,

your friend

Hi Scotty

sorry to hear you’re having a few bad days. The dreams are really frustrating and it’s like our mind wants to play tricks on us. I have had no urges to gamble and yet I still get dreams about gambling every now and then and cannot work out why but all I can think is that we spent so much time doing it that it takes a long time to get it out of our brain and thoughts completely. The only positive is that they are just dreams and maybe serve as a reminder of the wretched feelings that gambling brings. I know I have woken from a dream devastated at the thought I’ve gambled to wake up and thankfully realise it’s not true. I do hope they leave your dreams soon so you can get a good nights sleep.

Sorry to hear your meds’ aren’t working, I hope the doctor is able to help with something else as it must be awful living with the seizures. I can’t even imagine how scary or frustrating they must be but you are in my thoughts and I hope you are okay.

You're doing amazing with the gambling so try not to get too down and remember we’re are here to listen if you want to talk and I’ll be in chat most days lunch and evening this week. Hope you get some sleep tonight.

Take care,

your friend lively x

Hi @scottydogg

Just wanted to check in and see how you are doing. How are you feeling now?

Did you speak to your GP about your meds?

We are here 24/7 if you want to talk to someone about how you are feeling.

Warm wishes

Zoë

Hi Scotty

It was great to see you in chat the last few days as it felt like a while since I’d seen you.

I am so proud of how far you have come and with being on 122 days you have now completed four months gf. That is amazing!

I really hope you are able to sleep a bit better soon and that the gp was able to help. I hope you have a good Friday, enjoying some fresh air while out walking the dogs.

Hope to catch you in chat again soon.

Hello Scotty. Thanks for your post and well done.

Oh this Scotty is just devouring food and being the boss of the street.  Tis why we love them. She's 24 in September. Still happy with life. She has a recurring lump twice removed returning but alas we don't think anymore ops. It's the scarring in her skin and the stretchiness of enough skin to help. Heal as a bit had to be cut away. Anyway take each day as they say.

Enjoy your leisure and your family and scottie. And speak soon in chat

Boo???

Hi Scotty

Thank you for taking the time to stop by my diary and congratulate me and leave such kind words.

You have been great support and have shared this journey with me. You are also doing amazing and it won’t be very long until you reach 150 days. We should both feel very proud on how far we’ve come.

I hope you are having a lovely time with your wife and dogs at the beach and enjoying all that a gamble free life offers.

Hope to catch you in chat soon.

Your friend
