Well done on 80 days - that’s amazing! Not long and yourself, Stephen and I will be in the 100 club. ?

Hope you’re feeling much better and got out to enjoy the sunshine. I will try and catch up with you both in chat but probably won’t be until the middle of the week as I am working all hours of the day as have urgent deadlines to meet, otherwise I’m well and still popping by the diaries when I can.

Many thanks for visiting my diary yesterday to congratulate me upon my arrival at the century club.

You and Lively are close behind whilst Vinnie is up ahead leading the way. Sharing this journey with such lovely friends has helped me immensely and your humour always brings a smile to my face.

It feels good to have passed 100 day GF and I have every confidence in my ability to rebuild my life.

Just a up date 87 days and still gamble free still having a few dreams about gambling but are getting less I know the next step is going to be more hard as wife goes back to work in 2 weeks so back on my own I just hope I can cope  we are still not able to go far as we live in wales   We can beat this together thanks for all the advice & support You all are very kind and I feel so lucky to have found you all.

Hi  been a funny few weeks a few ups and downs but still no gambling  this week is going to be a bit stange wife is going back to work  so I will be on my own I  hope I can be strong enough and not get to down as I was before  I know my life is better now I don’t gamble but mentally I’m not too sure? My wife’s father fell and broke his hip and is now in hospital looks like it will be weeks I hope every one is ok and staying safe

Sorry to hear about your father-in-law, I imagine that has added a lot of extra stress. I hope you are looking after yourself and your health is okay. 

You've been missed in the chat room! Just remember when your wife goes back to work to join the chat room to get support and also to give you a distraction. We are all rooting for you and you’ve come so far. Not very long until you teach the ? club which is a huge achievement.
