That’s great news about your wife , I had a similar scare not long ago with my son , I completely understand the stress it puts on you , you try to be strong for everyone around you and all’s you want to is escape your own thoughts , I’m pleased to here you dint give in a gamble cause it wouldn’t of helped just added a lot more stress to a already stressful situation, you are doing amazing 185 days ?, as the saying gos a problem shared is a problem halved I’m learning this to , I used to shut down and press self disrupt since joining here I’m learning to share things that are playing on my mind no matter how big or small Talking helps , hope to see you tomorrow morning ?

Great news Scotty. I can picture you and your good wife being relieved and very happy upon receiving positive feedback from the hospital with regard to the mammogram. Myself and your other gamcare friends have been keeping our fingers crossed whilst waiting for the news so thank you for keeping us abreast of developments.

Congratulations on your excellent progress in recovery. Worry and stress can be big triggers, so proud of you for staying strong and remaining gamble free for over 6 months.

I know you have a lot on your plate but if you have a few minutes to spare than maybe see you in the Peeraid Chatroom tomorrow morning between 10 & 11.

No apologies. Lovely news. As I read scotties may become extinct. Ours is 14 in two weeks. Getting slower. Eating less. But no pain. Tummy upsets at times but it's age related.

Please give my love to everyone and keep us posted on madam Maggie mae..

Hiya Scotty. Many thanks for visiting my diary.

Hope you are having a good day. It is blowing a gale in Hull but that will just add to fun when I go for a walk to the waterfront later.

The Peeraid chatroom was good this morning though you were missed greatly as was our friend with the new house. Hope your feeling good and gamcare friends everywhere are happy and well.

Hi Scotty

I have just popped by to say hello to you and Stephen. A huge congratulations at passing the 200 day mark. You are doing amazing and I am super proud of how far you’ve come and despite some very difficult times, you have remained strong.

I hope you and all the family are well and your health isn’t causing too much havoc at the moment. Sorry I haven’t been about much lately but wanted to let you know you’re often in my thoughts. ❤️

Hope to pop in peeraid very soon and catch up with both you and Stephen.

Take care for now,

Lively x

Good evening Scotty.

If your still up and about I recommend a look up at the night sky. Awesome.

A brilliant Harvest Full Moon and to the east of it Mars is shining brightly. High cloud in the sky is illuminated by the light from the moon and it all looks spectacular.
