Well done Hayes, your doing excellent. It's amazing how much time we spent thinking about gambling before. Checking phone for results etc. I to despise these gambling adverts, totally winds me especially since young kids are watching and it's made out to be attractive. These firms are just desperate to get the next generation hooked.

Yes Lenny, thank you for your comments. It amazes me too that the gambling companies can get away with it. It got to the point where I was looking after my son and all I could do was check results or play roullete on my phone, something I feel deeply ashamed of when I should have been spending quality time with him. Have never been happier than I am now completely free from gambling........ also its amazing how much extra money you have!
